Who We Are
The Community Grief Center helps people of all ages grieving or anticipating a death find connection and healing; and educates the community on griefs impact on the individual and society. The Community Grief Center, with its trained professionals and trained volunteer staff will endeavor to come along side and support the bereaved in our community. Our vision is to support children, youth and adults as they walk through their unique journey of grieving the death of a loved one, to offer them hope and healing for their future and to provide education to the community and professionals through seminars and online resources.
What We Do
We offer several specialized (free) grief support groups to people of all ages in Weld County.
We also have a monthly "Understanding Grief Class" - six topics total in a 6 month series.
