Course marshals are needed to help keep our 5k runners and walkers safe through the duration of the 5k. Volunteers will need to be able to communicate effectively with race participants about any approaching traffic at residential intersections along the run route. Volunteers are needed to notify race staff if a runner is in distress or needs to report any serious concerns. Course marshals are also our primary cheerleaders and motivators along the run route for all 5K participants!

| Inclement Weather Plan: Should weather impact the ability for the 5K Steps for Stability to continue, communication will be sent out a few days prior. We all know and love Colorado weather in April! Prepare for anything. Be sure to layer up incase of rain or light snow. Sunblock is always recommended in rain or shine. | |
