Volunteers in the Emergency Department assist staff by supporting patients and families. This role also helps keep supplies stocked and monitors cleanliness. With the support of our volunteers, or skilled nurses and doctors are able to work at the top of their license, improving overall patient experience. If you enjoy providing support and encouragement and being a friendly face for others, this role is great for you! Two-hour shifts available 7 days a week between 10am-10pm.
Greeley Hospital accepts volunteers ages 18 and up. We require a minimum 6-month commitment from volunteers, along with background and health screenings (provided). Must be able to move around somewhat quickly and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
