The East Information Desk volunteers are the bright smiling faces that and help escort patients and guests to their appointments throughout the facility and to the many procedure areas. This is an active position which requires frequent walking and pushing wheelchairs. We also help staff by helping take blood products to staff on the clinical units. This is a weekly scheduled volunteer assignment, 2-4 hour shift a week. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate drop in/episodic volunteer opportunities due to our lengthy onboarding process.
