Aging Well Volunteer Recruitment Initiative

Connecting volunteers with Weld County's Older Adults in order to meet basic needs and end loneliness.

Volunteer opportunities listed as part of this initiative are offered by organizations that are participating in the United Way Aging Well Collective Impact work group.
