People from all over the community bake their best cookies, bars, and treats to donate. The day before the event, we set up long tables loaded with these delicious goodies. You grab a box, walk through the tables, and choose whatever looks good (and trust me, it all looks amazing!). You then pay just $10 per pound. Last year, we raised over $3,000 just from cookies!
It’s such a fun day! There’s live holiday music, Mr. and Mrs. Claus stop by, and families bring their kids to enjoy the whole experience. It feels less like a fundraiser and more like a big holiday gathering where everyone leaves with cookies.
And the best part? Every single dollar goes right back into building homes for families in our community. So, while you're stocking up on holiday treats, you're also helping someone move closer to a safe, affordable home.
The setup date is December 12th, but the main event will take place on December 13th, running from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Volunteers are expected to arrive at 8:00 AM and stay until 1:30 PM.
