Join Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley for a day of building on one of our construction sites. Volunteers must be 16 years or older but no experience is necessary!
We have served families living and working in the St. Vrain Valley School District for over 30 years and are looking to not only continue our impact, but double our numbers in the next decade. In ten years, we hope to construct 100 new homes and complete 50 repairs but in order to do that, we need the support of our community!
What volunteers need to know:
- No experience necessary—we provide tools, instruction, safety gear and all building materials
- Volunteers are asked to commit a full day
- Everyone must participate in a mandatory safety orientation
- All volunteers must be 16 years or older
Tasks vary based on the stage of construction, including but not limited to:
- Framing, Siding, Drywall
- Insulation
- Painting and finish work
- Landscaping
