Volunteers are needed to be a break-out session room liaison. The primary efforts of the volunteer will be tracking room attendance/# of attendees until capacity for each session is met. The volunteer will also be support for the speaker/presenter in case they need assistance with getting in touch with hotel staff for any IT issues, or United Way staff for logistics issues, etc...
Materials will be provided to volunteers that help at the Building Blocks professional development training that include the meeting room layout, training day schedule and an overall agenda to help answer questions. Training will be provided the day of the event to all volunteers.
Volunteers who are familiar with the layout of the DoubleTree Hilton Greeley would be a bonus.
