Volunteers are needed to support the Housing Navigation Center's shelter in providing indoor and outdoor cleanup after the 24-hour shelter season concludes.
Interior support will cover general needs in cleaning and reorganizing the interior space, potentially including the cafeteria, bunk room, storage area, bathrooms, and kitchen. Exterior support may include picking up trash with trash pickers.
Volunteers are encouraged to dress for warm weather and wear comfortable shoes. Water, access to bathrooms and breaks, and t-shirts will be provided.
Volunteers who are under the age of 18 will need permission to volunteer from a parent/guardian.
