LOOKING FOR A FREE GIRLS’ EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM WEEK IN JULY? Registration extended to July 1Oth!
PowerUp Girls for Life is a FREE week-long day camp for girls entering 6th to 9th grade from July 15-19, 2024 (Mon-Fri) at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 1800 21st Avenue in Greeley. Starting at 9:30 AM every day, it ends at 2:30 PM Monday-Wednesday, up to 5 PM Thursday for attending the Business Showcase, and at 1 PM Friday.

Created by nonprofit Youth Empowerment Group experts and funded by The Weld Trust, this life skill learning program empowers:
- mental, social, and behavioral health and self-care
- healthy relationships and safety including on social media
- equality and leadership
- academic success, and
- creating paths to happy, healthy, successful lives!
Includes lunches, snacks, beverages, t-shirts, water bottles, engaging life skill videos and activities, fun games, and Interactive demonstrations of careers, hobbies, art, music, money skills, and physical activities.
NorCo Women in Business and other female volunteers will run the program and serve as small group leaders who help girls feel welcome and have fun, active learning experiences. A business showcase for students, parents, and the public is from 1 - 5 pm on July 18th.
