Youth are experiencing unprecedented challenges and life skill education is a research-backed solution. 

In just 2 hours, you can help connect Weld County youth-serving organizations and schools to free PowerUp life skill curriculums that boost youth mental, social, and behavioral health, safety, equality, and academic success. These curriculums were developed by the all-volunteer nonprofit Youth Empowerment Group of Colorado mental health, education, and medical experts.

This flexible, low-commitment role is perfect for anyone who enjoys communicating with people, has connections in Weld County's youth-serving organizations or schools, and wants to make a meaningful difference quickly.

Description:

As a Youth Life Skill Curriculum Connector, you'll introduce free PowerUp Co-Ed and PowerUp Girls for Life curriculums to a few of your contacts in Weld County youth-serving organizations and schools to help expand access to online video-based crucial life skill education.

This is an easy, high-impact way to support youth without a long-term time commitment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Reach out by email, phone, or in person to share curriculum information with 2 to 5 contacts.
  • Use written and video introductions that we provide.
  • Refer interested organizations to our team.

Location: 

Weld County and online remote

Impact:

Even one connection can open doors for hundreds of youths in Weld County to gain life skills crucial for navigating today's challenges with confidence.

2 hours total
