A Little Help is a non-profit that connects volunteers with older adults to help them age well in their homes. We serve the Metro Denver area including Jefferson, Aurora, and Arapahoe Counties, Larimer and Weld Counties, and the Western Slope.
We need your help to volunteer with these older adults to help them with things like transportation, yardwork, light indoor cleaning, tech support, errands, and friendly visits or calls to help meet their social needs. We have a totally flexible volunteering model where once you go through our application (including a free background check) you are able to select the opportunities that you want to do. We have no volunteer hour minimums and most of our requests are scheduled on a timeframe that works for you and the older adult.
To fill learn more and fill out our application, visit alittlehelp.org/Volunteering. Our volunteer application takes 10-15 minutes and the background check takes 2-3 days to be completed. Once you have done both of those things, you are good to volunteer!
